If you've ordered goods from Amore Dance, we have shipped them to you with insured priority mail.  If you have receieved a shipping confirmation number and didn't recieve the goods and/or recieved damaged goods, we will need to make a claim with the US post office and we will reship your item.  Please contact us at info@amoredance.com or 816-842-6673 to complete this process.

If you simply want to return your goods, due to copyright laws we only accept un-opened/new items for return.

We do not offer returns/refunds for any services and or gift certificates.  Gift Certificates and punch cards hold no cash value.
